1-Leg, 1-Hand Jump

This maneuver will contribute greatly to your jumping sickness. Certainly not all jumps are created equal and performing this jump 10 feet in the air would be a great photo shot. Be careful though, I have crashed when attempting this move BIG and went right into my gear -- but I lived to have someone video this mini jump for instruction. When your remove your hand and leg you lose control; which is great for increasing the thrill meter and, if your a control freak, loosen you up a little.
