Steps

Tips for step 1)  Pick some chop upwind with a rather steep but smooth face. Bend your knees and get ready to jump the board.
Tips for step 2)   Jump slightly off the wind and bring your knees up to your chest.
Tips for step 3)   Let go of the front hand while keeping you're body tight in a ball.
Tips for step 4)  Grab the rail on the windward side.
Tips for step 5)  Let go of the rail and spot your landing downwind.
Tips for step 6)   Extend your body to nose land the board into the water.
Tips for step 7)   Land the board, trim, sail away.
