One Legged Jump

There are many ways to jump-start your sailing. Pun intended! Whether you sail on flat water, chop, or waves, a jump can be performed almost anytime and anywhere. With so many variations on jumping, how could your sailing ever be boring? Even if you're a complete pansy and you're afraid of the water breaking in your bath tub, at the very least you can be sailing around like a little acrobatic kangaroo sporting a sideshow of jumps. An easy modification to the jump is to bone out the move by taking the front foot out of the straps in mid-air, extend it, and then replace it in the strap before you land--The 1-Legged Jump.
