Frisbee360's Quick Launch:
I call this move a frizbee because the sail throw has the same action as throwing a frizbee. Like a great deal of new moves this was created by fusing and mixing up parts of other Move. The frizbee is a Backwinded-Sail-Body-360 performed slightly upwind with a sail throw injected into the backwinded portion of the move. I got the idea for this move from tacking where I noticed I really pull hard on the sail to get the mast forward. So, what would happen if I pulled the sail into the wind and threw it into the wind like a Sail-Throw. A few attempts... mmm... the sail rotates... a few more attempts...ok... let the sail flip around...more attempts..the frizbee is born!

s the sail and board stalls, reach out to grab the sail.
10)
