1 Handed Body DragLegacy Quick Launch:
The Body-Drag is an easy crowd pleaser and the One-Handed-Body-Drag will even impress your captious and heckling sailing buddies on shore.

1)
Head slightly upwind and get out of the footstraps.
2)
Begin by dragging the front foot.
3)
Let go of the front hand.
4)
Now step completely off the board and extend the arm.
5)
Drag.... Even a few milliseconds will count.
6)
Ditto...
7)
Now grab the booms with both hands before you get catapulted.
8)
Step back on the board.
9)
Sail away sport... your buddies are just kidding around.
