1)
Pick some chop upwind with a rather steep but smooth face. Bend your knees and get ready to jump the board.

Jump slightly off the wind and bring your knees up to your chest.
3)
Let go of the front hand while keeping you're body tight in a ball.
4)
Grab the rail on the windward side.
5)
Let go of the rail and spot your landing downwind.
6)
Extend your body to nose land the board into the water.
7)
Land the board, trim, sail away.
